1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between bd22w and the user of the platform. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or playing any game, the user fully accepts all of these terms.

All services provided by bd22w are strictly for personal and entertainment purposes. The platform operates for adults only and is not available to residents of countries or regions where online gambling or betting is prohibited by law.

2.1 Single Account Rule

Each user may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, bd22w reserves the right to permanently close both or all accounts and forfeit any bonuses or winnings earned.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing incorrect or false information may result in the account being closed at any time.

2.3 Password & Security

Users are required to keep their account login details completely confidential. Sharing or transferring login details to a third party is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special characters.
• Change your password regularly and avoid using the same password on other platforms.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, even someone you know.

2.4 Account Verification

bd22w may at any time request the necessary documents (such as a national identity card or other government-issued ID) to verify a user's identity. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.1 Minimum Age

Users must be at least 21 years of age to participate on the bd22w platform (for those aged 21 and above only — 21+). Participation by minors is strictly prohibited on this platform.

bd22w is committed to protecting minors from gaming. If there is any doubt about a user's age, bd22w may request age verification documents at any time.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

If online betting or gaming is legally prohibited in the country or region where the user is located, that person is not eligible to use bd22w. This responsibility lies entirely with the user.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

4.3 Ownership of Funds

4.4 Fraudulent Activity

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bd22w offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳6,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳11,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit plus bonus combined.

Example: Receive a ৳2,000 bonus → ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered, after which winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Terms for Bonus Use

• Each promotional offer may be claimed only once.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If bonus abuse, fake accounts, or unusual betting patterns are detected, bd22w may cancel the bonus.
• bd22w reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In any dispute related to bonuses, bd22w's decision is final.

6.1 Sports Betting

bd22w offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The quotes or odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final — they cannot be changed after a bet has been confirmed.

6.2 Casino Games

bd22w's casino section offers slots, live casino, fishing games, and other games. All games are operated by third-party providers and are run under a fair play policy.

6.3 Technical Errors

Abnormal results caused by technical errors in the game software or server will be considered void. In such cases, the user's staked amount will be refunded.

6.4 Gaming History & Disputes

The gaming records and transaction history stored on bd22w's servers shall be considered final in all cases. If there is a discrepancy with information displayed on the user's device, the server data will take precedence.

7.1 List of Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd22w platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Conducting artificial or coordinated betting activity for the purpose of earning bonuses.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, or any unauthorized tools.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

7.2 Temporary & Permanent Suspension

If evidence of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is found, bd22w may temporarily or permanently close the account without prior notice. In such cases, accumulated bonuses and winnings may be forfeited. Withdrawals may be suspended while an investigation is ongoing.
